Snowmobiles drag racing. Snowmobiles circle track racing. Snowmobiles hitting big jumps. All on water. Wait, what?

Is this the Grantsburg (WI) Watercross? This is a big meet not far from my house and my inlaws used to work there. Fun stuff. Commitment required.

I really wasn't sure how well that jump was going to work out.

I've raced stand-up jetski's quite a bit, this was strangely familiar, yet so different. Haha.

Not sure where the footage is from. It's one of those "found on the YouTubes" things

Awesome video!

I tried this with my quad this weekend. I "lifted," it sank. =(

This seems like fun... until you sink and suck water in your intake.

From the other videos I've found that does seem to be a risk

I was expecting every jump to end that way. Shocked when the first guy pulled it off and kept going. Not surprised when the second guy sunk immediately.

That's gotta be fun to drag your few-hundred-pound snowmobile out of a lake. They should install a few of those emergency flotation packs... like you get under your seat on a plane.

Watching this is awesome! with i could go do it with them.

I have only done it once over a small "pond" and that scared me!
